Yes, I’m sometimes a mess head. Especially in a monorepo!
So with the prodding and assistance of https://github.com/carbonadam who is a really neat media artist (his and his partner katrin’s site: https://hochschuh-donovan.com/info/) I finally got the Mutable Instruments ports cleaned up so they should compile on any version of Arduino.
To celebrate I made some fixes to Rings on the MMM module: Sympathetic string mode, modulated by a dual lfo and the candelabra chaos CV generator:
But, BUT! I did not rest there! I finally got the MI Clouds module running on the pi pico 2. Still not integrated into the MMM firmware, but here’s a sample of what it sounds like. It’s a bit quiet.
And for good measure, rings with a bytebeat voice. Both modulated as above….
If your’re interested you can grab the source here https://github.com/poetaster/arduinoMI
I’ve now begun work on a version of the MMM module you can build. As usual, it will bit fully open (GPLv3) with Gerbers (once I’ve confirmed they work) ….
