The MI meta module, one step closer to realization….
A lot has happened, in the past month! After getting a hack of MI braids running on Peach from wgd, I began working on chambord, also a collaboration with Felix from wgd …. we found a bug :(
Well, the same day we found the bug, Niek’s boards for MMM, out Meta Mutable Instruments module arrived … Jeez. I need to mow the lawn ….
In any case, I finished building it today and started testing all the i/o …. Well. It all works! Yeah! For the time being, it’s just Plaits, but it’s also just day one :)
Here a quick recording of my dirty two part lfo doing FM on a number of voices from Plaits.
I’m not sure how long it will take, but, Peach is already usable after one day. It’s also a lot less complex since there is no CV, just V/Oct and Trigger + 3 pots. Well, we’ll see. I’m really hyped!
