cndlabra

Candelabra (aka. cndlabra)

Cndlabra is a 4hp wide analog / digital (? it’s unclear what circuit is in the LEDs. It’s very, very, very small.) eurorack module that produces chaotic CV and lowish lfo signals.

I’ve already written about this module’s genesis here, https://poetaster.org/news/2025.10.29/ and initially here https://poetaster.org/news/2025.10.10/

In short, using 2pin rgb leds, this simple circuit produces several chaotic outputs and wonky lfos. The circuit, basically:

Prototypes were made with the kind assistance of https://www.pcbway.com Thanks guys and gals!

a sponsor! yeah!

pcbway The technicians were very astute and helpful and turnaround time was quick. The quality of the lithography was high with sharp readable figures and text. Can recomend!

Produced …

These, views of the finished (more or less) modules. I like them. They are simple and produce nice odd moving CV :)

Open Sources includes fritzing files, schematics and the gerber files, if the corrected version has come in from production :)

I made this module because I’m a bit OCD :)

If you’d like to purchase one they can be had built for 46 euros.
